Hi everyone,
Welcome to Human Biology!
This course briefly examines how the human species functions at the molecular, cellular and organ level of structure and is designed to present Social Science students with certain fundamental concepts of science and human anatomy and physiology. Major biological processes, including cellular reproduction, inheritance, and nervous and hormonal integration are discussed in class. Laboratory exercises are designed to complement class material.
You'll have weekly classes and biweekly lab sessions (always check the schedule though!).
- Class (A502) & Labs (A453): Monday @6:00PM
- We will always start our session in the class (See the schedule in the course outline for more information)
IMPORTANT: There'll be pre-class homework, including the first class! Please work on it individually and have it printed and the answers hand-written. Hand it in at the beginning of each class (Monday @6:00pm).
