This is an introductory course to dental anatomy
and dental health maintenance. A complete professional dental
cleaning/treatment and polishing will be taught on cadavers and anesthetized
animals, with emphasis on homecare and early detection of periodontal disease
states. This course will also cover nursing and anesthesia skills, as developed
in earlier courses.
